Malabar Ingredients is your dedicated manufacturer of dry seasonings, rubs, marinades and more
Serving the food industry since 1982
Named for the coastal province in India where the world’s best black pepper is grown, Malabar Ingredients first opened its doors in 1982 in Burlington, Ontario. What began as a small spice company has since expanded to include a variety of product lines. We are a dedicated manufacturer and distributor of dry seasonings, rubs, single spices, liquid marinades and much more. We are proud to be a GFSI-BRC AA rated certificated facility, allowing us to grow and better serve our customers.
One thing we are known for, aside from the best spices around, is our ability to produce custom units for our entire product line. We package units as small as 1kg to as large as 25kg bags and bulk drums.
Quality is a big deal for us, our onsite quality control department meticulously tests all finished products before they are distributed. We are committed to providing only the highest quality products to the Canadian food industry.
