Description
Marinades are generally defined as seasoned liquids in which meats and seafood are soaked to provide flavour and/or tenderization. Depending on the desired end result, marinades can be oil-based to help retain moisture, acid-based to help break down or tenderize the product, or a combination of the two.
Stock marinades are packed in 3kg bags.
Made to order (MTO) marinades has a lead time of 10-20 business days and minimum of 4x3kg bags.

Description

Description
Rubs provide flavour and visual appeal, and consist of salt, pepper and other ground spices and herbs, along with starches and gums to enhance cling. In their role as a surface finish, they add flavourful coatings of spices and herbs, and have the old-fashioned appearance of the original hand-applied rubs.
