Pork Roulade

Ingredients

1  Loin of Pork or Rib End

45g  SO Magic Rosemary

300g  Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix

45g  Water

  Bamboo Skewers

Method

Debone Pork loin. Cut into eye of loin by cutting in at base and folding back. Continue this  method until you have a flat piece of meat. Mix Sage & Onion Stuffing mix with 30g of SO Magic Rosemary and then add 45g water. Spread Stuffing thinly over meat. Roll and skewer. Coat  outside with SO Magic Rosemary marinade
