Malabar Super Spice announces Mark Brewster as President

Mark has over 20 years of sales and senior management experience in ingredient manufacturing and distribution in the food industry. Over the past four years, Mark directed H.T. Griffin’s sales and marketing teams, achieving double digit growth each year which led to the eventual sale of the company to Caldic North America. Mark began his career in Key Account Management at Cargill, where he was quickly promoted into a leadership role responsible for managing a business unit for 5 years that focused on specialty functional ingredients. He moved on to senior management positions at Puratos and LV Lomas prior to joining H.T. Griffin.
