Lemon Chili Pork Slices

Ingredients

1.5kg  Pork Belly

225g  SO MAGIC Lemon Chili Marinade to coat outside

200g  Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix

Wooden or Bamboo Skewers

Method

Bone & derind the pork belly. Mix RTU lemon chili marinade and Sage & Onion stuffing mix together.  Open up the belly through the seam and place the stuffing in the middle. Roll and skewer.
