Chicken Cushions

Ingredients

1  Chicken Leg

60g SO MAGIC Lemon Chili Marinade

1     Slice streaky bacon

3  Trussing bands ( colour of choice )

    Red, Green, Blue and White

Method

De-bone the chicken leg without cutting into the skin. Rub SO MAGIC Lemon Chili on the meat. Make up balls of sausage meat of choice. Form the chicken around the sausage meat. Wrap with streaky bacon and band into a cushion.
