JERKY SEASONINGS

Beef Jerky originates from the dried meats prepared by native Americans to suit their nomadic lifestyle. The cowboys then adopted this snack food as it was easy to store in their saddlebags.

Traditionally, beef jerky is manufactured from lean muscle tissue from the hind leg (topside meat, or inside/outside rounds), and may be produced using a combination of curing, smoking and drying procedures.

SEASONING, INGREDIENTS & USAGE TO ORDER
BBQ Jerky Seasoning Code: MALBBJS-001
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Sugar, Spices, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy, Corn), Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Dextrose, Flavour, Colour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean) (mfg aid).
Usage: Use 6kg (13.23lb) of spice with 45.36kg (100lb) of meat. Use 660g per 5kg batch. Or use 132g per 1kg batch.
Beef Jerky Seasoning Code: MALBJ-001A
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy, Corn), Brown Sugar, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Sodium Erythorbate, Flavour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean) (mfg aid), Calcium Silicate (mfg aid).
Usage: Use 3.35kg of seasoning and 0.3kg of Sure Cure to 100kg of meat. Or use 33g seasoning and 3g Sure Cure to 1kg meat.
Cajun Beef Jerky Code: CAJBJ-001
Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy, Corn), Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Sodium Erythorbate, Dehydrated Peppers, Flavour.
Usage: Use 3.9kg seasoning and 300g of Sure Cure with 100kg of meat. Use 39g seasoning and 3g of Sure Cure per kg of meat.
Honey Garlic Beef Jerky Seasoning Code: MALHGJER-036
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Hydrolysed Corn and Soy Protein, Brown Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Sodium Erythorbate, Flavour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean) (mfg aid), Calcium Silicate (mfg aid).
Usage: Use 3.35kg of seasoning and 0.3kg of Sure Cure to 100kg of meat. Or use 33g seasoning and 3g Sure Cure to 1kg meat.
